Justin Hirsch, Paralegal
Justin is a paralegal at GAPASIN LAW GROUP who works closely with Mr. Gapasin on each and every case. Justin has an impressive military background and understands all aspects of the military. He has also been trained in the process and procedures of military justice.
Justin hails from Kansas City, Missouri and like Mr. Gapasin, is also a loyal Kansas City Chiefs fan. Justin enlisted in the United States Army in January 2006. He attended Basic Training at Fort Benning and proceeded to graduate from Airborne School in 2006. Justin then graduated from the Ranger Indoctrination Program, or “RIP”. Today, the school is called the Ranger Assessment Selection Program, or “RASP” in 2006.
After the Ranger program, Justin was then stationed with the 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment in Savannah, Georgia from 2006-2010. He deployed four times with the unit, with his first deployment to Bagram and Salerno in Afghanistan. Justin then worked directly with Delta Force in his second deployment to Balad, Iraq. He then deployed to Tikrit, Iraq and Mosul. During these deployments, Justin worked jointly with Delta Force for various operations. Justin was a part of close to 200 combat missions, and was involved in the capture of several High-Value Targets “HVTs” in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Justin has received such awards as the Combat Infantry Badge (“CIB”), the Expert Infantry Badge (“EIB”) and JCOM working with pararescue as a combat search and team rescue leader.
Justin was Honorably Discharged in 2010 and continues to enjoy working with service members, volunteering at his church and helping veterans.
